If the above link is broken across two lines you may need
to paste both lines into the URL box of a browser and
delete the space before "hristianity".

Maybe he should become a Christopagan as described on

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christianity_and_Neopaganism .

Back when I still had Jesus as one of my twelve main
deities some may have considered me a Christopagan.
But these days I have only eight main deities and
have relegated Jesus to minor deity (about the
level of a saint in Catholicism) status so I should
no longer be considered a Christopagan (also I
don't follow the bible).

Also the page

mentions the Unitarian-Universalist church.

First if you have a long URL put it between a pair of "<>" without the
quotation marks. That will make it much easier for your
readers to use the URL. Example below:
<http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/23/us/an-ex-mouseketeers-journey-back-to-christianity-from-paganism.html?smid=fb-share&_r=0>

Now in your further followups you raise the issue of ChristoPagan
blends but fact is Christianity is basically an old
pagan religion. It jumps up the Patriachal Father and the Patriarchal
Son and murders the Goddess mother of both and resurrects Her
as Mary the Mother of the Son only.

When Christianity was pushing the old Urban Religion aside
in Classical Roman times the Great Goddess was often known as Ma Rhea
the mother of Gods and Men in the Northern Mediterrean. South of the
Mediterrean the GG was Isis and her husband Osiris whom she resurrected
in order to have his child Horus who also becomes Osiris. Did Paul aka
Saul of Tarsus not borrow a lot for his religion Christianity?

So Christians cannot become pagans but they might be lead carefully to
recognition of the inherent pagan origins of their intolerant faith.
